The deceleration systems, conceived as multi-hole systems, were born in America in the automotive sector through the work of ACE CONTROLS Inc.
Until today the range of absorbers is greatly increased and includes over 100 models for each type of application. ACE organization employs more than 300 people worldwide, with offices and manufacturing facilities in USA, GERMANY, UK, China and Japan in addition to North America, ACE distributors are located throughout the world.
RTI began to deal with shock absorbers in the Italian market in 1982, becoming sole importer few years later in 1985. The long relationship of import, the continue work and mutual respect, led RTI to achieve excellent results in every industrial field.Today ACE is a “young” and innovative company and components production has been enlarged to new products in order to solve every motion control and vibration absorption industrial application.
The new ACE offer is divided into four distinct families of products:

INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
Shock absorbers for industrial automation are available in a wide dimensional range.
These shock absorbers are working in a continuous cycle and can absorb a considerable energy per hour even with the use of external tank. The smaller model has an M5 thread; while bigger sizes arrive up to 4 ” of bore. The wide range and the remarkable dynamic characteristics can solve every industrial application.
New elastomeric systems, such as TUBUS bumpers and SLAB damping plates, offer economical solutions when only 50% of energy must be absorbed.

MOTION CONTROL
The new “NEWTON Line” gas springs provide a soft control and reduction of mass, during the opening and closing of doors, overhung loads, furniture wings, etc.
ACE also offers a wide range of hydraulic controls to adjust and stabilize speed of any movement. These systems are increasingly being used as security systems, to prevent accidental mass movements that could cause injury to the operator.

ANTIVIBRATION SYSTEMS
The new ACEOLATOR allow absorption of vibrations existing in every industrial process. Reduce vibrations in an industrial system means ensuring production increase and, above all, increase quality of operator’s work.

SAFETY PRODUCTS
Every movement must be checked. When movement systems are adjusted by motors and drives, the ACE system security saves your machine from accidental or operator abnormal control: using an ACE for EMERGENCY increases the reliability of your machine and protects the most critical handling.
