The RTI Mechanical and Electrical Dpt., in cooperation with the Control Techniques Technical Dpt., are able to offer complete solutions in the field of industrial automation. Servo products of Control Techniques offer high performance, combined with maximum flexibility. The drives can be connected with a wide range of motion controllers, through I/O or fieldbus dedicated as SERCOS and EtherCAT or, alternatively, check the automation system with the integrated motion controller.
To optimize the performance we divide our range of servo drives and servo motors depending on the cycle required by the application:
- Intermittent Service = Highly dynamic applications requiring high accelerations and decelerations. Examples include Pick and Place, fly cutting and linear cutting applications. These applications are characterized by a high peak torque (300% overload) and standard RMS torque.
- Continuous Service = High precision for a long life requesting acceleration an deceleration low values. Examples include printing, labelling and winders. These applications have standard peak torque.
DIGITAX ST, SERVO DRIVE RANGE
Digitax ST is a range of servo drives (from 0.72 Nm to 18.8 Nm, 56.4 Nm peak) with high dynamic characteristics, combined with Unimotor hd motors for intermittent service applications.
