Deceleration systems, known as multi-hole systems, were first developed in the United States in the automotive industry by the multinational company ACE CONTROLS Inc. Over time, the product line has expanded significantly and now includes over 100 models, designed to meet a wide variety of industrial applications.
The ACE Group employs more than 300 people worldwide and has operational and manufacturing facilities in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, China, and Japan. In addition to North America, ACE’s network of distributors spans the globe, providing technical and sales support on an international scale.
RTI S.r.l. began marketing ACE decelerators on the Italian market in 1982 and became their exclusive importer in 1985. The relationship, which has grown stronger over time and is based on ongoing collaboration and mutual respect, has enabled RTI to achieve significant results in numerous industrial sectors.
Today, ACE Controls remains a dynamic and innovation-driven company. Production has been progressively expanded to include solutions for motion control, vibration damping, and the protection of mechanical systems, with the aim of comprehensively meeting the needs of modern industry.

APPLICATION AREAS
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
Energy absorbers for industrial automation are available in a wide range of sizes and are designed for continuous operation. They can absorb high hourly energy levels, even when used with external reservoirs, with thread sizes ranging from M5 to 4”. The product range also includes elastomer solutions, such as TUBUS buffers and SLAB mats, which are ideal when energy absorption of approximately 50% is sufficient.
MOTION CONTROL
ACE “NEWTON Line” gas springs ensure smooth control and load relief when opening and closing doors, suspended loads, and cabinet doors. The range also includes hydraulic controls to stabilize movement speed, which are increasingly used as safety systems to prevent accidental movement.
ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEMS
ACEOLATOR products effectively absorb vibrations in industrial processes. Reducing vibrations improves production efficiency and significantly contributes to workplace quality and operator safety.
SAFETY PRODUCTS
Every movement must be controlled. ACE safety systems protect machines from accidental control or operator errors.
