Motion Control

The ACE GS Series compression gas springs feature a new piston design, an enlarged bushing, and a UV-coated body, ensuring smoother movement and longer service life. The range covers bodies from 15 to 40 mm with strokes from 20 to 1,000 mm; the 8, 10, and 12 mm miniaturized versions remain available. A wide range of accessories and special versions are available upon request.

All ACE compression gas springs are available in a fully AISI 304 stainless steel construction and, upon request, also in AISI 316 stainless steel. A wide range of mounting accessories is also available, made of AISI 304 and/or 316 stainless steel, to ensure maximum corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.

The TANDEM GST series compression gas springs, with body diameters of 28 and 40 mm, are designed for applications involving the handling of very heavy loads. They significantly reduce the effort required of the operator, ensuring controlled, safe movements and ergonomic handling even under demanding operating conditions.

The GZ series of tension gas springs, with body diameters ranging from 15 to 40 mm and strokes from 20 to 800 mm, offers an effective solution for applications where it is not possible to install a spring below the axis of rotation. The series is complemented by a wide range of mounting accessories, which facilitate its integration into various application contexts.

The HBS series hydraulic brakes ensure precise and smooth motion control with no backlash. Available in diameters ranging from 28 to 70 mm, they handle loads up to 50,000 N and strokes up to 1,000 mm. The range is complemented by a wide selection of mounting accessories for easy integration.

The standard HB series hydraulic brakes ensure reliable motion control, with a backlash of approximately 20% of the effective stroke. The standard VC series hydraulic brakes ensure extremely precise motion control, thanks to the automatic repositioning of the piston rod at the end of the operating cycle. They are available with strokes ranging from 15 to 150 mm, in versions with a smooth body measuring 23.8 mm in diameter or with an M25 threaded body, making them suitable for numerous industrial applications that require precision and reliability.

The hydraulic brakes in the DVC and HBD series allow for independent adjustment of both compression and rebound. The inclusion of an internal compensation reservoir ensures smooth, controlled movement with no free play. The range is complemented by a wide variety of mounting accessories, which facilitate installation and adaptation to various industrial applications.

ACE rotary dampers provide smooth and precise motion control by acting directly on a rotational axis. They are available in a wide range of torque ratings, with partial or full 360° rotation. When coupled with a rack, they also enable effective control of linear motion in industrial applications.
