ACE Controls’ HB-12–HB-70 Series Hydraulic Brakes are distinguished by their high-quality construction and long service life. They can be used in either unidirectional or bidirectional modes, offering great flexibility in application. The compact body with a protective coating and the piston rods treated with a wear-resistant surface ensure durability, reliability, and continuous operation even under severe conditions.

The HB series brakes are hermetically sealed, maintenance-free, and ready for installation. During operation, they ensure a constant feed rate, with easy adjustment via a control segment integrated into the piston, particularly at the end-of-stroke positions. The wide range of mounting accessories facilitates their integration, making them ideal for decelerating oscillating masses in both directions, such as in transport and accumulation systems.
