The HBS-28–HBS-70 Series Hydraulic Brakes from ACE Controls provide unidirectional or bidirectional tension damping, ensuring precise and reliable motion control. They feature a compact body design and high performance, are maintenance-free, and are ready for installation. They allow for precise speed adjustment during both compression and extension, with no free travel during direction reversal.
Adjustment is performed via a screw, ensuring smooth and controlled movement. A control segment integrated into the piston facilitates calibration, particularly at the end-of-stroke positions. The wide range of mounting accessories simplifies integration, making HBS brakes suitable for decelerating oscillating masses in both directions, such as in accumulation conveyor systems.
