The MAGNUM SCS series decelerators are interchangeable with standard Magnum models, but are distinguished by their internal oil flow tube, which is custom-designed based on application data. With the same footprint, they can absorb up to three times more energy than the standard version. Each application is supported by dedicated calculations and, upon request, by specific performance curves to simulate mass, impact velocity, and reaction force.

The SDH Series Emergency Decelerators, thanks to their internal oil accumulation system and pressurized reset chamber, operate with strokes of up to 1200 mm. The leakage tube is designed based on application data and can be customized upon request. They are ideal for automated warehouses, conveyors, amusement equipment, and machines requiring low deceleration and progressive damping.

Compared to SDH decelerators, this series is designed to absorb significantly higher amounts of energy. The high return force allows the mass to quickly return to its initial position, ensuring operational continuity. Special versions with reduced return force are available upon request for specific applications.

TUBUS bumpers are components made of a special copolyester elastomer, characterized by high shock-absorbing properties. Available in various shapes depending on the required damping profile, they are easy to install thanks to the integrated mounting screw. The elasticity of the material allows for high energy absorption, making them ideal for emergency applications as well. They represent a cost-effective solution when total energy absorption is not required.

TUBUS permanent deformation elastomer bumpers are designed for emergency applications. Upon impact, the component deforms in a controlled manner, absorbing up to 96% of the energy generated. Replacement is required after use. Available in 4 models, with strokes ranging from 25 to 80 mm and forces up to 204,127 N.

SLAB shock-absorbing mats provide effective shock absorption over large contact areas. Available in three different densities and standard thicknesses of 12 and 25 mm, they offer a practical and cost-effective solution. They are ideal for applications in confined spaces where neither precise mechanical stopping nor total energy absorption is required.

ACE locking elements are installed on the carriages of the most common slide guides. When connected to the pneumatic system, they allow free movement; when the air supply is cut off, they ensure a rigid and secure locking of the system. Available in sizes from 15 to 65 mm, they are also supplied for rods and shafts up to 340 mm in diameter, with locking torques up to 4,680 Nm.
