The ACE series of emergency decelerators, ranging from the SCA 33 to the SCS 64, offers a highly effective solution and incorporates the innovative technology that has made the MAGNUM range renowned for its reliability. Like all ACE products, they are maintenance-free and designed for quick and easy installation.
Their distinctive feature is a deceleration curve optimized for the specific application. Compared to the standard MAGNUM series, these models are capable of absorbing more than twice the energy per stroke. They have a service life of 1,000 emergency cycles at full load, ensuring an excellent balance of quality, price, and performance.
The compact design, with dimensions ranging from M33x1 to M64x2, makes it easy to integrate into various plant configurations. Designed exclusively for emergency stops, they are used in numerous industrial applications, including gantry cranes, conveyor systems, stacker cranes, machine tools, and assembly lines.
