Locking Elements for Linear Guides
Locked Series
Features
ACE locking elements are designed to be installed on the slides of the most common linear guideways, ensuring safe and precise control of movement. When connected to the pneumatic network, they allow the carriage to slide freely when supplied with compressed air; when pressure is absent, the system locks automatically, ensuring a rigid and stable position. This “fail-safe” logic makes them particularly suitable for applications where safety and position holding are fundamental requirements.
The range covers guide rail sizes from 15 mm to 65 mm, offering broad compatibility with the leading linear systems on the market. Specific versions are also available for clamping onto rods and shafts with diameters up to 340 mm, with clamping torques of up to 4,680 Nm.
Thanks to their robust construction and high clamping force, these devices offer a reliable solution for machine tools, automation systems, material-handling systems, and industrial applications where maximum stability is required when stopping or holding a load.
