The VMECA suction cups in this series, which are modular and available in FCF, VDF, and VBF configurations, are suitable for a wide range of applications. Installation is done manually, without tools, and the articulated gripping unit allows for handling angles of up to ±21°.

The ease of installation and the wide range of available combinations allow for quick assembly of the gripping unit, significantly reducing both the time and cost of machine production. The aluminum and zamak modules ensure structural lightness and enable faster movement of the gripping mechanism, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the system.

The patented Valock System gripper allows for the handling of sheet metal while minimizing material oscillation and vibration. The integrated mechanical lock enables higher handling speeds while maintaining stability and operational precision.

The system comes complete with a suction cup and a vacuum cartridge integrated into the gripper module, ensuring the vacuum level required for lifting. The gripper head, with a ±15° swivel range, allows for the effective handling of shaped or angled parts.
