Heavy-duty electric actuators are designed for high-stress applications where structural strength, precision, and load capacity are essential requirements. The range includes models with bore diameters from 80 to 140 mm, equipped with T7-precision-class recirculating ball screws, ideal for ensuring mechanical efficiency and long-term reliability. The screws, available in diameters ranging from 32 to 63 mm, can be supplied with standard nuts, preloaded to zero backlash, or in special versions upon request, to meet specific requirements for precision and rigidity.

The mechanical configuration allows for in-line or offset motor mounting, with various reduction ratios achieved through pulleys or planetary gearboxes, offering maximum design flexibility. The structure features a round steel housing, steel end caps, and external tie rods—also made of steel—ensuring high mechanical strength even in harsh environments. It is also possible to manufacture custom-designed actuators with an electro-welded structure for particularly demanding applications. The offering is rounded out by a wide range of mounting accessories, including front and rear flanges, feet, forks, and center joints, to ensure optimal integration into any system configuration.
