The RTI actuator range includes a complete line of Stepper motor-driven actuators, a compact and cost-effective solution particularly suited for applications requiring slow, controlled motion with forces up to 2–3 kN. The actuators are available with bore sizes of 32, 40, 50, and 80 mm and can be equipped with T7-precision-class recirculating ball screws, with diameters ranging from 12 to 20 mm, and standard nuts. Dedicated solutions are available upon request for configurations with trapezoidal screws. The option to integrate a holding brake, including an emergency brake for vertical applications on a NEMA 24 motor, ensures safety and operational stability.

The NEMA 23, 24, and 34 stepper motors can be mounted in-line or offset, with various reduction ratios achievable via pulleys or planetary gearboxes. The compact square-profile aluminum housing allows for the integration of reed and/or electronic sensors, which are fully housed within the cylinder groove. All motors are supplied with a dedicated step/direction driver or a programmable positioner, also available with a fieldbus for easy integration into machine control systems. The offering is rounded out by a wide range of mounting accessories, including front and rear flanges, feet, forks, and center joints, to ensure maximum application flexibility.
