Single-Stage VTR Conveyor

Vmeca’s single-stage VTR conveyor is designed for the pneumatic transport of bulk materials in applications requiring high flow rates with moderate vacuum levels. Based on single-stage Venturi technology, it enables the simple and efficient handling of powders, granules, and lightweight materials, ensuring continuous flow and operational reliability. Its compact design facilitates integration into existing plants and automated systems, optimizing space and production layouts.

The VTR offers high flow rates ranging from 283 to 5,660 Nl/min, with compact dimensions and diameters from 31 to 69 mm. It is also available in an adjustable version, allowing for simple and precise control of the vacuum flow rate depending on the application. Maintenance-free and made of aluminum or stainless steel, it represents a robust and versatile solution for pneumatic conveying in various industrial settings.
