Mechanical Locking Gripping System
The patented Valock System gripping solution enables the handling of sheet metal while minimising material oscillations and vibrations. The integrated mechanical locking mechanism allows higher handling speeds while maintaining operational stability and precision.
The system includes a suction cup and a vacuum cartridge integrated into the gripping module, ensuring the vacuum level required for lifting. The gripping head, with a ±15° swivel range, allows effective handling of shaped or inclined parts.
