This new logo RTI, identifies our will to invest our resources in new industry sectors, different from the world of automation. For several years, our company is working to develop new products for the energy market, OIL & GAS, and PHARMACEUTICAL, enlarging our commercial offer to new customers who, in many cases, are already familiar with our company and use historical RTI products.
The challenge is to offer a wide range of products that can meet the applications of new markets and provide professional development for all our staff and customers.
RTI BUTTERFLY VALVES
RTI has recently become trading partner for the distribution of Butterfly Valves, designed and built by Messrs. SIVIT in Turin. All butterfly valves, standard and special, are designed according to all standards and regulations of the main markets, such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, the Pharmaceutical and Food.
Many industrial applications, including automation field, are using these devices, to control and regulate liquids, gases and steam flow. The commercial and technical proposal is very wide and meets all the possible requirements for each specific application.
RTI BUTTERFLY VALVES TYPE
Here are the main features of Butterfly Valves divided for main model:
CENTRIC DESIGN BUTTERFLY VALVE (Lined Type)
- Soft seated (sleeve type) the stem match the disc axe.
- Suitable for several applications, thanks to the body that is isolated from the fluid.
- These valve’s limit’s the low pressure application, (max 20 Bar -PN16/ANSI150) and the reduced possibility of maintenance of the worn parts.
DOUBLE OFF SET BUTTERFLY VALVE
- The double off set type can guarantee very low torque in opening/closing action, (contact between seat and disc).
- This valves can be equipped with both soft and metal seat to cover temperature range such as ( -150°C up to 450°C ).
- Thanks to the different seat type and different configuration, this valve is suitable to several applications, (even heavy duty type), explosion proof type and class/rating up to 70 Bar with maximum leakage rate class, (VI).
TRIPLE OFF SET BUTTERFLY TYPE
- The triple off set type Butterfly is a metal seated type by a lamellar seat on disc (Met + Graphite and Metal + PTFE/RPTFE).
- These type are particularly indicated for “abrasive” fluids or for high temperature application, the leakage class is V with maximum applicable pressure of 101 Bar (Class 600).
- Discriminating with this type of valves is the closing torque that will be significantly higher than double off set configurations.

LOW AND MEDIUM PRESSURE RTI REGULATORS
Our company is designing and manufacturing a wide range of medium and low pressure steel Regulators, ideal for applications in the Oil & Gas, Food and Pharmaceutical industry
The proposal provides both regulators and Filters-reducers from ¼ to 2 “, with operating pressures up to 50 Bar. Series of piloted regulators from ¼ to 2” is also expected. We are still in process of testing and certification phase.
